Jack: Sticks and stones love, you saved my life, I saved yours. We're square.
Elizabeth: So that's it, then? That's the big secret, the grand adventure of the infamous Jack Sparrow? You spent three days lying on a beach drinking rum?
Jack: Welcome to the Caribbean, love.
Jack: You've thrown out the rum!
Elizabeth: Yes, the rum is gone.
Jack: Why is the rum gone?
Elizabeth: Firstly it's a vile drink that makes even the most respectable
men act like scoundrels. Secondly, that signal is over a thousand feet high.
The entire royal navy is out looking for me. Do you even think there is the
slightest chance they won't see it?
Jack: But why is the rum gone?!
Jack: Oh a wedding, I love weddings! Drinks all around!
Jack: Elizabeth is safe, like I promised. She's going to marry the commodore, like she promised. And you're going to die for her, like you promised. So we're all men of our words except for Elizabeth who is in fact a woman.
Jack: Elizabeth, I'm sorry, it never would've worked between us darling.
Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest
Jack: Come to join my crew, lad? Welcome aboard!
Elizabeth: I'm here to find the man I love.
Jack: Deeply flattered, boy, but my first and only love is the sea.
Elizabeth: Meaning William Turner, Captain Sparrow.
Jack: Elizabeth! [To Gibbs] Hide the rum.
Jack: You know, these clothes do not flatter you at all. It should be a dress or nothing. I happen to have no dress in my cabin.
Jack: Persuade me.
Elizabeth: You do know Will taught me how to handle a sword.
Jack: As I said, persuade me.
Jack: My tremendous intuitive sense of the female creatures informs me that you are troubled.
Elizabeth: I just thought I’d be married by now. I’m so ready to be married.
Jack: You know, Lizzie, I am captain of a ship, and being captain of a ship I could in fact perform a marry-agh. Right here. Right on this deck. Right now.
Elizabeth: No thank you.
Jack: Why not? We are very much alike, you and I, I and you, us.
Elizabeth: Except for a sense of honor, and decency, and a moral center. And personal hygiene.
Jack: Trifles. You will come over to my side, I know it.
Elizabeth: You seem very certain.
Jack: One word love: curiosity. You long for freedom. You long to do what you want to do because you want it. To act on selfish impulse. You want to see what it’s like. One day, you won’t be able to resist
Elizabeth: Why doesn’t your compass work?
Jack: ...My compass works fine.
Elizabeth: Because you and I are alike. And there will come a moment when you will show it. To do the right thing.
Jack: I love those moments. I like to wave at them as they pass by.
Elizabeth: You’ll have the chance to do something, something courageous. And when you do you’ll discover something. That you’re agood man.
Jack: All evidence to the contrary.
Elizabeth: Oh, I have faith in you. You want to know why?
Jack: Do tell, dearie.
Elizabeth: Curiosity. You’re going to want it. A chance to be admired, and gain the rewards that follow. You won’t be able to resist. You’re going to want to know what it tastes like.
Jack: I do want to know what it tastes like.
Elizabeth: But, seeing as you’re a good man I know that you’d never put me in a position that would compromise my honor. [Jack leans in closer to her, but backs away when he sees the black spot on his hand] I’m proud of you, Jack.
Elizabeth: Thank you, Jack.
Jack: We're not free yet, love.
Elizabeth: You came back. I always knew you were a good man. [Elizabeth kisses Jack and handcuffs him to the ship] It's after you, not the ship. It's not us. This is the only way, don't you see? I'm not sorry.
Jack: Pirate.
Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End
Jack: Why should I sail with any of you? Four of you have tried to kill me in the past... one of you succeeded. [He looks at Elizabeth] Oh, she's not told you. You'll have loads to talk about while you're here.
Jocard: Who is the betrayer?
Barbossa: Not likely anyone among us.
Elizabeth: Where's Will?
Jack: Not among us.
Elizabeth: This is madness!
Jack: This is politics.
Jack: I agree with, and I cannot believe the words are coming out of me mouth... Captain Swann. We must fight.
Captain Chevalle: There has not been a king since the first brethren court, and that is not likely to change!
Captain Teague: Not likely.
Elizabeth Swann: Why not?
Gibbs: Because the pirate king is elected by popular vote...
Barbossa: ...and each pirate only votes for himself.
Jack: I call for a vote.
Captain Ammand: I vote for Ammand, the Corsair!
Captain Chevalle: Captain Chevalle, the penniless Frenchman!
Mistress Ching: Mistress Ching!
Captain Jocard: Gentleman Jocard!
Elizabeth: Elizabeth Swann.
Barbossa: Barbossa.
Captan Vallennueva: Captain Vallenueva.
Jack: Elizabeth Swann.
Elizabeth: What?
Jack: I know. Curious, isn't it?
Elizabeth: It would've never worked out between us.
Jack: Keep tellin' yourself that, darling. [She goes closer to him, as if to kiss him goodbye] Once was quite enough.
