The title of this fanlisting, 'New All Over', comes from the Season 3 episode "Tomorrow", which was the first episode where Wesley and Lilah slept together. After their encounter, Wes is less than cheerful, and Lilah responds to him this way: "So, your former boss has a soul - and you're losing yours. Why, you're just new all over - aren't ya?" It also seems to fit them, because their relationship was something completely new to both of them. It's fairly easy to say that neither of them had been in a relationship with someone quite like the other person before.
